My Caramel post got me thinking how easy it would be to convert over chocolate sauce to being Dairy Free. Hot chocolates, desserts, or that big bowl of its own again (STILL the Mom!) all with that sweetness.
Chocolate Ganache-ness
Ingredients
1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (President’s Choice has one!)
1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
Pour the hot coconut milk over the chocolate chips in a bowl to melt them.
Stir to combine.
Just that simple. Next? To conquer the world.
